Pecans are traditionally an American nut, however, are now grown very successfully in the New South Wales’ agricultural town of Moree. This Australian-developed strand is rich in colour and heavy with flavour and constitutes the base of our delicious buttery Pecan Shortbread. Mother Meg’s is dedicated to the art of traditional baking, using an old family recipe to produce our delicious Pecan Shortbread.
