[COVID-19] Australia Post is experiencing lengthy delays caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Mother Meg's will continue to dispatch within 3-5 business days but you may notice delays in transit times. Shipping is free for all orders over $250, Flat rate shipping of $15 applies to all orders under $250
We endeavour to offer the highest level of service for our online sales. This means dispatching orders as soon as reasonably possible. We bake orders as they come in, and online orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days. We can dispatch “same day” if products are in stock and ready to send. Orders placed during the weekend will be actioned on the next business day.
Orders are shipped from Toowoomba, Queensland using Australia Post. However, in some cases an alternative courier may be used if deemed appropriate.
We typically do not offer express shipping, as it creates an expectation of “next day” which is hard to achieve from our factory in regional Queensland. However, if you have a special need for urgency please give us a call or email, and we’ll do our best to help out. We love to make our customers happy so please don’t hesitate to contact us.
