If your dissatisfaction is due to a suspected defect, please keep the product and note your place of purchase. We will replace the item and request you to return the defected product (at our cost) for further investigation.
If you have made a mistake and would like to change or cancel your order, you must contact us within 1 hour of purchase. If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to assist. Mother Meg's does not offer refunds for change of mind.
