Faithfully hand-made using a secret family recipe, the legendary Celebration Fruit Cake delights all who receive it. Pecans grown at Moree in New South Wales are combined with Australian sultanas, currants and raisins to create the base for a fantastically moist and fruity cake. We then mix in the choicest butter, eggs, brown sugars and brandy to perfect the mix. Finally, to create the delicious taste that customers have loved for nearly twenty years, we mature each cake for a minimum of two months to develop the full richness and depth of flavours. Mother Meg’s is dedicated to the art of traditional baking, using an old family recipe to produce our delicious Celebration Fruit Cake.
