Faithfully hand made using our secret family recipe, the legendary Pecan Fruit Cake delights all who receive it. Pecans grown near Moree in New South Wales are combined with Australian sultanas, currants and raisins to create the base for a fantastically moist and fruity cake. We then mix in choicest butters, eggs, brown sugars and brandy to perfect the mix. Finally, to create the delicious taste that customers have loved for nearly twenty years, we mature each cake for a minimum of two months to develop the full richness and depth of flavours.
