Pecan Shortbread
Pecans are traditionally an American nut, however, are now grown very successfully in the New South Wales’ agricultural town of Moree. This Australian developed strand is rich in colour and heavy with flavour, and constitutes the base of our delicious buttery Pecan Shortbread.
