How should I store my biscuits, cakes, puddings and nuts?


To maintain the freshness of your purchase, we recommend that you store your biscuits, cakes and puddings in a cool dry cupboard away from heat or light source and away from any perfumed items such as soaps etc. Once opened ensure your products are sealed in an airtight container in a cool dry cupboard.

Can I store my biscuits, cakes, puddings and nuts in the refrigerator?


Only refrigerate in extreme weather conditions, in which case place in an airtight container or double wrap and place in the bottom section of the fridge. We recommend that you bring them back to room temperature to enjoy them at their best.

Are any of your products gluten free?


Several products are labelled ‘Gluten Free’ as per the Australian New Zealand Food Standards Code. These products have “no detectable gluten”.

Can I place my order now but not have it delivered until Christmas time?


Yes, you can forward order. Place your order when you are ready and nominate a dispatch date eg week commencing Monday 25 November 2013. We will pack and process your order and store in a temperature controlled environment to ensure you receive your order in peak condition and no disappointment by missing out on your favourite products.

How long will it take to receive my order?


Once your order is received it will be processed and dispatched within 7 working days. Delivery times will vary due to the demand on the postal services. In the peak seasonal time ie Christmas ~ please allow a few extra days to avoid delays in receiving your products.

Can I have product sent overseas/outside Australia?
